ART-C Study: Using a smartphone app to help manage HIV care

UW-Madison is working with Vivent Health to see if a smartphone app (called Connections) can help persons living with HIV attend more of their medical appointments and take their medications as prescribed. We are doing this study because research has shown that individuals who see their doctor and take their medications regularly can reach viral suppression (an undetectable viral load).
