What does participation in the ART-C Study look like?
Step 1: Enroll & Complete a Baseline Survey
- This is a 12-month study.
- Review the study information & consent to participate in the ART-C Study
- Download the Connections App to your phone, if not done so already
- Complete the Baseline survey via emailed link (approximately 20 minutes) and receive $30
Step 2: Use the Connections App & Weekly Check-In
- Tell us how you’re doing in the weekly check-ins (takes 3-5 minutes)
- Research Care Coordinators may connect you to a Vivent Health care team member for additional support
- Engage in the Community Board called Positively Connected within Vivent Health
- Set reminder to take your medication
Step 3: Complete surveys at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months
- Complete surveys through emailed link (20-minutes)
- Receive $30 after 3, 6, and 9-month survey completion
- Receive $40 after 12-month survey completion
